SLN College of Engineering Raichur is a premier institute located in Raichur, Karnataka. The institute offers Degree courses including 4 UG and 1 PG programs. Facilities

Library

College has given top priority for Library at par with Faculty and Lab facilities.  New Titles added on regular basis.  The reference & reading section works for Twelve hours from 8.00 AM to 8.00 PM and Lending section from 10.30 A.M.  to  5.00 PM. A Library Committee formed having staff from each Department to review Library activities and plan for updates.  SC,  ST  & BCM students get additional books under respective book banks supported by state Govt.

Sports

To achieve a healthier lifestyle while coping with the pressures of studying, one needs to be healthy both emotionally and physically. The campus has a number of centres for physical education and sports activities that help the students maintain fitness and develop a competitive spirit.

Cafeteria

Hygiene is of utmost importance as student’s healthy body is the goal. Provide very hygienic & homely food to our students, where in they can opt North or South Indian food. Mess facilities are also excellent.

Transportation

The college has two buses with a seating capacity of 60 students used for clinical as well as community posting.

Infrastructure

College provided many facilities like classrooms, a library, good labs, and high-speed Wi-Fi. The hostel was in a good condition. The food served in the mess was average. Our college had a playground, where students played many games.

Training and Placement Cell

Over the years, the Institute has made continuous effort to develop the Placement Cell into a fully fledged Department.  Placement Cell enjoys the status of one independent Department.  It functions round the Year with series of activities. It has two fold thrust areas: to Enhance Employability Skills of Students (Career Development) and to organize Campus Interviews. The academic curriculum focuses mainly on gaining subject knowledge.
