 Admission

GAT provides assistance in engineering and management-related subjects to U.G, P.G, and doctoral level students. Undergraduate students need to register for KCET or COMEDK entrance examinations by applying through the respective website and submitting all requisite documents. For postgraduate admissions, students for Masters courses should appear for GATE or PGCET, while Ph.D. students should appear for the VTU ULRAT entrance examination.

Based on the merit rank in these exams, the counseling form should be filled mentioning GAT as a preferred college.

Facilities

Library

College has a state-of the-art Library with a collection of more than 35000 books, 250 technical journals (69 Indian and 167 International), 3300+ CDs, 300 DVDs, etc. Entire document collection is computerized using Libsoft package. Library has a server and 10 client PC’s. A digital Library has developed which consists of digital documents downloaded from the Internet as well as those purchased from outside sources.

Transport

The journey to the college is most vital for every student.However, any inconvenience in shuttling can have a negative impact. Realising this fact, GAT offers the most comfortable and convenient transport facility for its students. The institution has a robust transport system with a fleet of buses operating from the campus. They facilitate ease of conveyance for both students and staff. The buses ply to and from the prominent parts inside the Bangalore city and its sub-urban areas

Hostel

Global Academy of Technology has a very well-equipped hostel facility for both. The building an elegantly designed eight storied Hostel Building near the college premise to ensure that the students dwell in a healthy environment that helps them to grow and learn without any obstacle.

Auditorium & Seminar Halls

The College has a well-equipped auditorium for conducting various events like conferences, workshops, seminars, and other college functions. The seating capacity of the auditorium is about 450. The college also has 2 seminar halls.
