Library

The Central Library  an excellent state of the art infrastructure having a unique resource collection. These resources, both current and historical, brought together in one location for the benefit of the students and faculty. Print journals enable to cater the needs of the Students and faculty members. The book collection has been supporting the teaching, learning, research, and other professional activities.

Hostel

Every resident has access to a wide range of activities, facilities and support on the campus. Besides the regular Residence’s dining facilities, there are affordable food services within the campus that provide inexpensive and easily accessible lunch or evening snack options. Institutes, with its beautiful landscape and carefully tended gardens, provide an ideal environment for a congenial learning experience and encourage to participate in various committees in Hall Events such as Cultural, Discipline, Sports, Mess, and Maintenance. We make total efforts to make our residents feel “At Home” during their stay.

Placement

The Placement department is an integral part of GMIT connecting students of the various departments. The department has the best infrastructure for the smooth conduction of training and placement activities. The department works in close co-ordination with the Industry Relations Executives and the Department Placement Coordinators which comprises of both students and faculty members nominated from individual departments. The major objective of campus placement is to identify the talented and qualified professionals before they complete their education.

It provide employment opportunities to students who are pursuing or in the final stage of completing the course. Placement Department established as an integral part of the College with an active role in career services for the qualified students. The aim is to find “Right Job for the Right candidate”. Services are provided throughout the year to prepare students and help secure placements. Every student pursuing a professional career in engineering has an ambition to obtain a challenging job in a company of repute and make a successful career. The Department conducts various training sessions for students by eminent trainers from the industry and conduct workshops, Technical Talk and seminar to enhance their skills.
