Our students are provided an explicit practical exposure at 2000 bedded Government Medical College and hospital,Vellore. The students also gain clinical experience from affiliated institutions specialized hospitals providing clinical experience in specialty areas.
Nursing Laboratories
Prepared to reinforce the theory knowledge and to develop practical skills. Organized to learn basic and critical nursing care with the help of manikins, simulators, models and modules etc.The lab helps to develop the life form absolutely realistic revolutionary nursing skills through “Hands on Training” under continuous supervision and guidance by expert teaching faculties
Simulation & Virtual Labs
Designed to provide immersive learning experiences for student Nurses. A simulation lab, which consist of realistic looking clinical sim lab rooms, manikins and equipment, allow students to practice and develop to become clinical expertise without any risk of patient harm.
Library
Our college has contemporary library with adequate books and journals. It covers almost all kinds and types of books in the field of nursing. Separate sections for textbooks, Reference books, Journals and E-Library. E library with computer labs through which we can access thousands of journals and reference from the various sources. CDs related to books, journals, various nursing procedures manuals are available in our library.
Chapel
chapel services conducted every day morning and evening. Students meet for special prayer, Bible reading and sharing their testimonies which helps in their spiritual growth.
Hostel
Our college offers comfortable stay for the students within the campus during their course of study.The hostel is clean and comfortable and each room is provided with adequate facilities for stay. The hostel has a visitor’s lounge, Recreation Hall. Also has the facilities of Indoor and outdoor games to improve and encourage their extracurricular activities. Supervised and managed by well qualified and experienced warden.
