RV College of Physiotherapy Bangalore boasts a rich history as a premier physiotherapy institute in Bangalore. Founded by the visionary Sri M.C. Sivananda Sarma, it began modestly in Visveswapuram.

RVCP is part of the esteemed Rashteeya Sikshana Samithi Trust (RSST), a renowned educational conglomerate established in the same year. Today, RSST encompasses 27 institutions offering education from primary schools to professional colleges in diverse fields like engineering, management, healthcare, and teacher training. With over 18,000 students and 2,000 faculty members, it’s a leading force in Bangalore’s educational landscape.

Guided by distinguished trustees and led by the dedicated president Dr. M.K. Panduranga Setty, RVCP continues to thrive. RVCP takes pride in its place within the larger RV family, which was further solidified by the initiative of the late Sri D.A. Pandu, a former RSST secretary and mentor, who played a key role in establishing the college in 2003.

The college also provides e-journals and e-book under HELINET consortium from Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences.

Hostel

There are separate hostels for boths that are comfortable and reasonably priced. Homely environment with a provision of medical check and treatment is provided in case of emergencies.
