S.B.R.R. Mahajana Law College established in the year 1992, which is functioning under the umbrella of Mahajana Education Society catering the needs of the students pursuing the legal education in Mysuru. The College is recognized by the Bar Council of India and is affiliated to the Karnataka State Law University, Hubballi, The SBRR Mahajana Law College has created and maintained the academic atmosphere, propagating legal education to the fullest extent for the student’s growth. Since its inception the Law College has been one of the leading Law Colleges in Mysuru and has earned recognition throughout the country. The College is deeply committed to education excellence in the field of jurisprudence and for its quality in academic programmes with dedicated Academicians, committed Guest Lecturers and Senior Advocates. Many of our students have occupied pivotal positions in judiciary, advocacy, governmental sectors and in corporate enterprises too.

Facilities in Mahajana Law College
Library
The library- housed in a separate wing with an independent reference section. It has a collection of 9000 books, 10 leading journals, different news papers, weekly magazines, Monthly magazines, etc., There are more than 500 All India Report (AIR) and 400 Supreme Court Cases (SCC), Criminal Law Journals (CLJ) and also Karnataka Law Journal (KLJ). Every year the library updates text books and reference books required for each subject. Book Bank facility is provided for SC/ST students. Internet facility is also provided.

Sports
Students encouraged to participate in all kinds of sports activities. The college regularly holds Annual Athletic Meet, Inter- college competitions. The college has gained reputation in the field of sports . The students have also participated in university and Inter -University competition.
Placement in Mahajana Law College
Job placement not much essential in the law college but given a link to settle as legal advisors in many companies. But normally students after passing will do have membership bar council to start their own practice.however if you go for legal advisory line, you will have great opportunity in many companies and law firms there you can engage successfully and contribute your knowledge and skill to build your carrier bright.
