Koshys Institute of Management Studies Bangalore is an ISO certified and NAAC accredited prestigious institution in management and commerce education across South India, fostering excellence in management, research, innovation, entrepreneurship and leadership with holistic approach by imparting quality education to students for over 15 years. The journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step. Koshys Institute from its inception in 2003 is a home for more than 1000 students from over 12 countries and 19 states every year.
Facilities
Campus
A 7 acre campus replete with a variety of facilities, including state of the art labs, Wi-Fi, smart classrooms, hostel, convenience of cafeterias, prayer hall, gym, playgrounds for outdoor activities and more. The environment provides a wide range of activities and recreation for the students.
Hostel
As a pure residential institution, Koshys Institute of Management Studies has separate hostels for both boys and girls. The rooms being clean, comfortable and well-furnished, offer beds, wardrobes and study tables and chairs with adequate bathroom facilities ideal for students which makes them comfortable al together.
The hostels are provided with all basic facilities including water purifiers, Laundry options and recreation activities. Adequate and hygienic Mess facilities are available for all hostellers. Hostel disciplinary measures are maintained with adequate actions.
Chapel and Prayer hall
The Chapel and Prayer hall is a quiet place, where students can find a space to pray or meditate. Recognizing the need for solace in prayer and spirituality, our chapel and prayer hall gives our students just this. This facility is available for all within the campus itself. Irrespective of the religion one can enter into the chapel and spend time for meditation.
Sports
Our campus has various game fields for practice and competition for both Indoor and Outdoor. We have a well-maintained natural football truf for the students to play during sports hours and the hostel students play after their college hours. We conduct Inter department and Inter Collegiate tournaments. The “Ganador Soccer Event” is a trade mark of Koshys Group of Institutions and is played every year in a grand and professional manner. Koshys is equipped with a well cemented and concreted basketball court built for practice and organizing matches. We also have a Volleyball and Throwball court where the students play during their sports hour and the hostel students practice as well, even new learners begin playing the game after college hours in the evening. Kabaddi court for kabaddi players and Long and High jump pits are also available for the students.
Students not only play during sports hours they also practice and train to participate in Inter College and Inter University championship.
For Indoor games, Indoor sports room where there are facilities like Carrom boards, Chess and Table Tennis are available for practicing and playing. We have two badminton courts for the badminton players to practice. Indoor games and tournaments are also conducted for the students and for Employees.

Library
At Koshys Institute of Management Studies, the library is the heart of the institute. It supports and enhances the learning, teaching, research, and service activities to students by providing organized access to quality information. Trained staff are available to assist students for various aspects of academics.
Has 2 libraries – Undergraduate, and Postgraduate Library. The libraries can accommodate more than 250 students and students have access to internet and Wi-Fi service while using the library. The library subscribes to electronic resources from J GATE, DELNET and other institutions for its students and faculties.
Our Libraries currently have over 8003 cumulative collection of books, journals, periodicals, conference proceedings, project reports, institutional repositories, electronic resources like e- books, e- journals, CD ROMS, standards and cases.

Objective
The primary objective of the library is to offer a fully integrated and dynamic environment suited for academic pursuits, study and research.
Digital Library
NPTEL (National Programme on Technology Enhanced Learning), a joint initiative by 7 IITs and IISc. (Indian Institute of Science). They create course contents in engineering, sciences, management and other related disciplines. The course contents are helpful for teacher training and to improve the quality of students. The contents are loaded on the library server and intranet access is provided to all users.
NDL (National Digital Library): It is a virtual repository of learning resources with a single-window search facility. It provides support for all disciplines and academic levels, including; researchers and life-long learners, and to differently-abled learners. At KGI, faculties and students are provided with access to National Digital Library.
Club
The management forum gives a platform for students to enhance their professional skills through various academic and cultural activities organised by the forums like Dance & Music, Art & Crafts competitions, business quiz, best business plan, best manager, debate/elocution, college competitions, seminars, workshops, industrial visit, and corporate exposure.
CSR
Koshys Institute of Management Studies, Bengaluru takes up initiatives to show its responsibility towards betterment of society. Under this policy, KIMS conducts CSR activities on a monthly basis to support and uplift the talents.
Cultural fest
As vibrant as the city, the Cultural Fests at Koshys too are vibrant. Koshys Fests augments a student’s practical learning experience by making students organize the cultural events in the institution. Many of our Koshians take initiative and become a part of the internal cultural committees of the institution to organize cultural events like –‘Spectra’ -the Founder’s Day, ‘Splash’ -Inter Department Cultural Fest, ‘Mahotsstav’ -The Ethnic Day celebration, ‘Nov-Fiesta’ –Fresher day, ‘Samvera’ -The Alumni Meet, ‘Festino Beats’ -The Musical Concert and ‘Food Fiesta’ -The Food Stall Competition. The institutional sports activities paved the path to explore self-worth and self-confidence among students through inter-departmental sports tournaments like ‘Volket’ -Volleyball and Basketball tournament, ‘Ganador’ – Intra Football Tournament and intramural Cricket, Volleyball and Throw ball competitions. Students are also exposed to competitive environment through inter-college, inter-state and national level competitions.
