yenepoya institute of technology was established in 2008 with the monumental objective of promoting academic excellence and competence in students, especially in the fast-growing global domain of Engineering Technology and Management. The Institute made remarkable progress since it’s inception in every aspect and gained name among the Institutes of Technology in the state of Karnataka due to the quality of education and training provided by its dedicated faculty and the infrastructure available. Later owned by the Islamic Academy of Education of Yenepoya Group of Institutions and Yenepoya University An organization well known for Quality Education.

Yenepoya Institute of Technology is located in the picturesquely beautiful Moodabidri, Mangaluru, Karnataka. The college stands out for its magnificent buildings and ultra-modern infrastructure; a fascinating blend of architectural excellence and functional values.  Yenepoya Institute of Technology has been a forerunner and prime mover in imparting technical education in Mangaluru, India. Affiliated to Visvesvaraya Technological University, approved by AICTE India, New Delhi. The Engineering College has grown by leaps and bounds since its inception in 2008.

Islamic Academy Of Education (Estd. 1991)

The Islamic Academy of Education, established in  1991,  dedicated to the upliftment of socially, economically and educationally backward communities by establishing institutions of higher learning. The establishment of the Islamic Academy of Education, marked the beginning of the groups’  into the Healthcare and Education sector. The Trust enjoys the patronage of the Yenepoya Group, under the leadership of its Chairman Yenepoya Abdulla Kunhi.

The institutions managed by the Trust include,   Yenepoya Medical College, Yenepoya Dental College, Yenepoya Institute of Nursing Sciences, Yenepoya Nursing College and Yenepoya Physiotherapy College.

The Islamic Academy of Education launched its flagship venture, the Yenepoya Dental College, during the year 1992.  A short but eventful span of 17 years has seen the addition of the Yenepoya Medical College, the Yenepoya Nursing College, the Yenepoya Institute of Nursing Sciences, and the Yenepoya College of Physiotherapy to its folds. All of which have been doing yeoman service by providing superior quality higher education to minority students in particular and other meritorious students of the state in general.

Institute houses a cafe  named yen-cafe  by the Yenepoya groups Food craft unit. They caters with both refreshment and short eats .  Cleanliness and hygiene is maintained so as to give a good taste and cafe ambience.
