Gopalan College of Engineering and Management Bangalore Whitefield, Bangalore (GCEM) is an institute which provides quality education in a diverse and multi-cultural environment. Gopalan Group

The Gopalan Engineering College near ITPL is started by the Gopalan Foundation, which is part of the renowned Gopalan Group. The Gopalan Group was founded in 1984 by Mr. C.Gopalan, an architect, with the objective of developing and constructing residential apartments in Bangalore. The company has developed some of the finest homes in Bangalore and has the enviable record of having completed all its projects on time. The Group is engaged in the promotion of Residential, Commercial, Shopping Malls, Townships, Special Economic Zones, Software Technology Parks, Biotech Parks, Organic Farms, Educational Institutions, Export of Culinary, Medical Herbs, Star Hotels, Hospitals etc.

Library

Housed in second floor with a very spacious and well lighted building cater to the needs of students and staff members with a seating capacity of 100 members at a time. Information Centre subscribes print journals covering all branches of Engineering and Management programmers. Besides this, it has 440 CD-ROMS, several Data Book, Project reports etc. All the documents have been classified as per AACR II of Dewey Decimal Classification (DDC) and systematically shelved on Open Access. Centre has DELNET Membership enabling students and faculty members for refer to the other member libraries for additional information for their research/projects through inter library loan.

Hostel

Safe and congenial atmosphere to the college students. Hostel within the college campus just opposite to Engineering college,with 3848 sq.ft builtup area and accommodates 500 students. The living spaces structured to inspire harmony. The facilities  very ideal for pursuing academic goal.

Transport

Statistics prove that the bus is the safest method of transportation. About 24 million students depend on college bus transportation services every year for more than 4 billion miles. This is primarily due to a faster lifestyle and increased safety threats . Students using college transport required to follow the guidelines as per the college Code of Conduct on college buses

Canteen

The cafeteria designed in a way that students have the option to both come and study. The staff also friendly and always make sure that students get whatever they want. Equipped with all the basic and essential items.

Amphitheatre has constructed with a seating capacity of 600 people and a stage dimension of 970sqft in whitefield,Bangalore Campus
