Colaco College of Management Mangalore emerged from the need for a premier B- School of a different genre in Mangalore. This is a College on the move in its relentless leap towards academic enrichment and overall development. The Course we choose to offer is the ones to create consummate professionals with broad-based knowledge required to withstand the change and excel in today’s fast-paced professional and business environment.

The Teaching Methodology includes the lecture method along with case studies, group discussions, syndicate sessions, role play, student presentations, management games, seminars, and workshops.so as to satisfy this COLACO faculty OF MANAGEMENT also started a three-year comprehensive BACHELORS DEGREE IN BUSINESS MANAGEMENT (B.B.M.).

Teaching Methodology

The teaching methodology includes the lecture method along with case studies, group discussions, syndicate sessions, role play, student presentations, management games, seminars, workshops and the use of audiovisual aids, LCD, OHP etc. and field trips for instance .

Library

The library is a treasure trove of books. Valuable books on various subjects relating to nursing, Medical Laboratory, Operation theatre techniques, X-ray techniques international business, management, human resources and books on the latest trends and research works are stocked. Latest periodicals and journals also made available for
reference.

Sports

The college provide adequate facilities for sports and games to encourage the all-around development of the students.

Extra-Curricular Activities

The faculty strives for the multifaceted development of the students. Thus  encouraging them to take part in dramatics, quiz competitions, debating, music, dance and singing competitions at collegiate and inter-collegiate levels.

Spoken English and English Fluency Classes also given  to upgrade speaking skills.

Hostel

Separate hostel facility for both available . The hostels  with a built up area of 30,000 sq.ft. spread over 22,000 sq.ft of land. They have comfortable rooms, adequate furniture and other amenities for instance . A hygienic mess facility also available .

The college is confident that the students trained at COLACO will stand head and shoulders above the rest in an interview. It is the endeavour of the college to have a full-fledged placement cell headed by a placement professor.
