BMS Centre for Executive Education and Distance Learning (BMSCEEDL)  located in Bengaluru and was established in 2013. It is collaborated with All India Management Association (AIMA). Management courses such as Weekend Executive Management Program (Executive PGDM) (Marketing Management, Human Resource Management, Financial Management, Operations Management, International Business and Information System), MBA, Post Graduate Certificate in Management (Operations System, HRD, IB, Marketing, Finance, Retail Management and Pharmaceutical Marketing) and Advanced Certificate in Management. Its Weekend Executive Management Program (Executive PGDM) course is AICTE and MHRD approved. The college also provides placements in renowned organisations.

Weekend Executive Management Program (Executive PGDM) is for Working Graduates, Professionals such as Engineers/ CA/ CFA/ ICWA/ Technologists and Defence Personnel. It conducts sessions on Executive Communication, Entrepreneurship and National Economic System. After successfully completing the programme. modular certificate awarded (Module I- Certificate in Management, Module II- Advanced Certificate in Management, Module III Specialisation- Professional Certificate in Management and Module IV- Post Graduate Diploma in Management).
