The Bachelor of Science Degree in Food Technology & Food Nutrition and Dietetics , develops job-oriented programme for placement in the Food Industry or to enable startups.

Students also learn through practical, technique-oriented programmes in the kitchen, service and house-keeping departments. Thus, helps the students in practicing the principles learned .

In the Front Office section the students trains to receive and assign rooms to the guest. And also trains to attend telephone calls and complaints of guests. Thus, communication skills of students enhances .
Equipped with modern audio-visual equipment, LCD projector, slides projector for the use of both faculty and students to receive informations.
House Keeping Lab
The House Keeping Lab attached to a model guest room gives ample scope through its modern infrastructure hence, train the students in the maintenance and upkeep of hotel guest rooms.
Food & Beverage Production Lab
Students trained in culinary skills, turning them into experts in the preparation of various cuisines, both Indian and International. The Food & Beverage Production Lab provide all the necessary equipment and accessories in getting the trainees familiarized with the art of cooking and presentation.
