For all the M.Tech programs is done on the basis of valid GATE or KMAT scores whereas for B.Tech, admission is done based on the COMEDK UGET or KCET scores. For MBA program is done on the basis of KPGCET. The institute provides financial assistance and meritorious students to enable them to pursue Professional and Technical courses. Every year EPGI offers Scholarships worth of Rs. 2 crore is made available to the students.

East Point provides separate accommodation facilities for both with furnished single occupancy, twin sharing, three sharing, four sharing-girls, four sharing girls and six sharing boys’ accommodation. The hostel's mess has good hygiene conditions with healthy food.
